RETURN & REFUND POLICY

God Over Deity (G.O.D.)

 

At God Over Deity (G.O.D.), every item is made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because we operate on a print-on-demand model through our production partner, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Made-to-Order Policy


Each product is custom printed upon purchase. For this reason:


  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
  • We cannot cancel or modify orders once they have entered production.
  • We do not restock returned items.

Please review all product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items


If your item arrives:


  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to a production error

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.


To file a claim, email:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (front, back, and close-up)
  • A brief description of the problem


If approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be fulfilled.

 

Claims submitted without photo evidence or after the 3-day window may not be eligible for replacement.


Shipping Issues

 

God Over Deity is not responsible for:


  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

If your order is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with the carrier.


Processing Times

 

All items are made to order.


Please allow:


  • 3–7 business days for production
  • Additional time for shipping depending on your location


During high-volume drops, production times may be slightly extended.
